Chevy59 started in 2000, because at the time I was unable to find one comprehensive resource for my 1959 Chevrolet Biscayne - aka "Big Daddy." To rectify the lack of data, I started by first creating Chevy59.com and posted everything I knew about the car. Next I began collecting other useful resources and data, like paint chips and schematics. Then came the archive photos - like this one - that I found on eBay. Eventually I started `59-specific forum in 2007. This blog also started that year, and focuses on classic cars in general.
